After hitting 70 in Dragonflight I went to go get Dreamwalk in Legion. After doing the Legion intro quest and arriving in Dalaran I was never approached by any NPC and I walked all the way around Dalaran and even sat still for a while in case I was missing him. NPC never showed up and there is no way to get into the dreamgrove in Valsharah either as the portal there will not work. Any suggestions or ideas?
Yeah. Complete this quest which was automatically pushed to your character when you dinged 70.
It phases Legion Dalaran so that you can’t do the introductory Legion quests.
