Dreamwalk ability for Chromie Time

Howdy,

I chose to do Legion through Chromie time with my new KT Druid and after doing all of the introductory Order Hall quests I still don’t have access to the Dreamwalk ability.

I’m assuming this is because I haven’t unlocked the Moonglade teleport yet? What’s the best way to get back to the order hall without the ability?
