Dreamsurge not showing up

I can’t find anywhere in the patch notes that they got rid of dreamsurges, but don’t see it active on any of the zones this week. Did 11.0.0 get rid of dreamsurges or is this a bug?

I am having the same issue’s on my level 70 toons I can see it but not anything under level 70

I’m having the same problem but only on my characters below lvl 70. I have two level 65 alts that I’ve tried and the dreamsurge item vendor and buffs doesn’t show up for either of them.

On my lvl 70 characters it’s working fine. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem?

I was hoping to level my alts to 70 even faster now that the amount needed has been decreased. I just hope its an unintended change.

Maybe Bliz find that the 75% xp bonus would allow you to level from 60-70 too fast?

I don’t see an icon on my 70
edit: quest completionist addon was covering it with exclamation marks from other quests in the area.

I hopped onto a druid I was leveling today (she’s 67) and no Runetotem anywhere to be found (not in Val, at least), no Dreamsurge icon in any zone. Not even NPC’s where it would be. This kinda stinks, ngl.

It’s been almost a week and I still have no idea if this is a bug for a minority of players or an intended change.

I’ve only seen one other post on the forums about people encountering this problem. My guess is that it’s a rare bug somehow related to the warband. Whatever the case kinda frustrating having no confirmation.

yesterday i just leveled 2 toons to 70 in Azur Span dreamsurge, today i cant even see the dreamsurge in Thaldraszus.

I think it’s a phasing issue, I noticed the same thing about not having dreaming winds, doing some quests, and having it pop up. Some quests phase you in and out, you just need to be in the one that has the dreamsurge. Super annoying especially if you finished all the campaign quests which are usually phase-heavy. I’ve been turning in a bunch of world quests and the buff still hasn’t returned. EDIT: Yup I think I figured it out. I remembered doing the river photo-taking quest and suspected thos…

still not working even with the dreamsurge in waking shore this week. tried to see if i can get the dreamsurge buffs on another alt. and nothing. nothing is fixing this and whats crazy is just 2 weeks ago this worked completely fine when the dreamsurge was in Azure Span.

Trying to complete the Emerald Dream Safari. Need to buy the Celestine of the Harvest toy to see the last critter I need, but I have no way to find the vendor without the Dreamsurge running. Let’s get it together, Blizz.
