Hello! 
Dreamstate was founded in 2016 and we’ve been actively raiding since BFA under the same leadership. We are loving The War Within and are actively recruiting for both a new Mythic raid team and strengthening our current Heroic team. The door is also always open to those looking for an active community.
Regardless of raid status or game interests, we expect all guild members to be respectful and supportive of one another. We look for recruits who have a team-based mindset, are friendly and kind, and are motivated to continue improving.
By working together the guild can continue to be a great place to call home.

- Our goal for the Mythic team is to progress as far as we can, as long as everyone is enjoying the challenge. We are by no means a hard-core progression guild, but we have in previous tiers killed mythic bosses and would like to continue to pursue this level of content.
- Our goal for the Heroic AOTC team is to give those who are not interested in mythic difficulty, a space to continue raiding together without the pressure of mythic progression.
- Our goal as a guild is to create more opportunities for members to participate in raiding. We believe that expanding our current team into 2 is the perfect way to grow and satisfy both those who enjoy achieving AOTC with the guild and those who are looking for more of a challenge.
Raid Leader | Heroic AOTC
We are looking for a heroic team raid leader. This is the most important role and applicants will be thoroughly interviewed and trialed.
- Casual approach to raid leading
- Keep raid nights fun, but also focused when needed
- Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and even tempered
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordinate and plan with the Guild Master
- Uphold guild and raid expectations
Raid Expectations
Both teams operate with near identical expectations, the exception being that Mythic requires higher performance, gear score, and dedication.
- All raiders will be ready to raid on time, and attend consistently
- Communicate with your team if you are missing a raid night
- Come prepared with personal consumables. Guild always aims to provide some supplies such as feasts and cauldrons, but this can vary.
- Maintain a team focused attitude, especially in regards to loot and roster.
Guild Raid Loot
- Rare/Very Rare flagged items will be first rolled on by those who need the item for their best in slot.
- Standard raid loot will be given to the highest roll.
- Raid tier drops are tracked to ensure all members equally receive tier.
- No pandering to trade or buy loot from your fellow raiders.
- Main spec and main raiders always come first.
- We do not use any loot addons.
