Dreamseed Bloom: Overgrown Lashers not attackable

Thought it was because I was in world boss raid, but solo clicking Overgrown lasher on active dream seed it is not attackable: it pops up as if it’s gonna be attackable, but stays orange nameplate. Weed pulling and bug stomping still work.
