Dreaming Experiment update #2

Narrowed my stack of stuff I take before bed to 5-http L thaenine b6 and valerian root.

At this point I’m having 3-4 vivid dreams that I can fully remember in the morning but they’re almost exclusively very messed up nightmares

At any point where in my dream I stop and do a reality check and become aware that I’m in a dream my mind teleports me to my bedroom and I falsely think I’ve just woken up and slip back into an auto piloted dream

Legit obsessed with the topic. Why does the human mind try so hard to keep you unaware of the dream? I’m fighting back so hard and it’s barely working.

Remembering multiple dreams is a trip tho and for once in my life I’m well rested lok
