You can not. However, you can still run into the area following the path up in Val’sharah. If you feel like you want to make that run, that is.
Doesn’t the Dreamgrove have a flightmaster?
It does indeed have one, same with the hunter’s lodge area.

Yes, just had to port to Azsuna and link up some flight points. Wasn’t so terrible after that, just not quite as convenient as some of the other classes. I have the Moonglade: Portal now though so life is better.
