Dream of Cenarius tooltip states: “Wrath and Shred transfer 150% of their damage and Starfire and Swipe transfer 100% of their damage into healing onto a nearby ally.”
On target dummies with the in-game combat log, it seems more like 75%. In parses on WCL, it looks to be closer to 100%. Either way, it doesn’t seem to be reaching 150%.
