I’m sitting at 100% Dream Energy but there is no option to get an Infusion from Elianna. I have received one already today. Is it limited to one per day?

Gotcha. Other problem is that today Dream Energy acquisition feels TREMENDOUSLY slower than the past 3 days. I was capping fairly fast each day but today I get 1% from a WQ or even the Superbloom event – basically all the same things and in the same amounts I was doing before.
Same. The other day it was a total drag to get credit on the dream energy bar. I figured that it was fixed to slow it down. Then yesterday, it was back to giving me lots of credit for WQ’s and for planting seeds. I filled up the bar quickly but did not get the daily quest. I just logged in today and the same, bar is at 100% but no quest.

OK - Got todays problem fixed. Last night I had logged at while standing next to Elianna. When I logged in I didnt see the daily quest even though my bar was at 100%. The daily quest finally popped up once I left the camp and came back.

I have been in this zone for at least 48 hours on my 3rd day in a row in the dream and this quest still has not appeared even though i have come and gone from the camp/zone and logged out and in and done events even after 100% Dream energy was collected.
Mine is stuck at 100% since few days lollllllllll
