Quest progress stopped at 197/200. Have won 4 arenas since hitting this point and not getting any quest items. Was geting 1 per win before.
I’ve gotten hundreds of Honorable Kills, but haven’t gotten a single Shred. (I was able to during the first week of 8.3)
The quest clearly states “honorable kills” too, so either its bugged or they nerfed it to the ground.
But its strange that you aren’t receiving it for wins either.
I’m starting to wonder if you are at a certain point in the quest, they might have implemented a diminishing return for drop rates.
Like the mats you have to farm for the transmog you get with your Shadowlands bundle. (I think you can easily get several drops, but at a certain point, the drop rates become extremely low until daily/weekly reset or something)
But if thats not the case, then I guess they just nerfed it.
Really would like a clarification though.
