Dreadpetals in The Everbloom Causing Bursting Stacks When Die?

These little flowers need to stop causing Bursting when die.

Just like those little Raptors in Atal’Dazar were changed back in BfA I believe to not cause Bursting, and this season they still don’t, please change these flowers too. :grimacing:

Thanks!

A Bursting Bump!

Yep, you gotta change your route entirely for bursting, cuz every pack is like 5-8 mobs

Reminder that almost every heal (no matter how small) removes 1 stack of bursting. Good use for those AoE abilities many non-healer specs have that they almost never use.

Removing Bursting stacks is actually the only reason for Monks to use abilities like Chi Burst/Chi Wave, for example.

Help your healer out. Getting mage food and spamming eating it is also better than doing nothing.

It’s not about how to play and handle Bursting, it’s the similar issue like in Atal’Dazar where Blizz wisely removed Bursting from those small Raptors.

it’s always hilarious how many people will stand around and do nothing while the healer desperately tries to catch up from a big bursting 8 stack that slowly rolled it’s way up there.

It is pretty damn dumb that those trigger on death affixes…cant wait for fortified and bolstering in there. They should make the little blobs by the dragons in Galakronds Fall trigger on death affixes as well. Oh and make the maggots in Waycrest Manor trigger affixes again as well like they did in bfa before they hotfixed it.

… they did?

Yup, Everbloom caused my guild healer to log off last night.

Tank was combining two packs of them. Haven’t had that many deaths in a while.

Yup, those Toxic Saurids (small raptors) used to Burst/Bolster. I might be wrong on the timing but pretty sure sometimes during BfA they changed those not to trigger affixes, including Explosive Orbs, if anyone still remembers that unforgettable misery of an affix!.

Sorry, but what? Since when is this a thing? This used to be how grievous worked, but I’ve never heard of a heal removing a stack of bursting. Am I just crazy?

Nah you’re not crazy, I’m pretty sure they’re just mixing it up with grievous.

I agree EB bursting needs a review

I think you’re right! My bad.

The non elite trash in Waycrest Manor also bursts, specifically the opening pack and the pack of dogs in the courtyard.

Just a “small” Bolstering bump!

If anyone thought Bursting was bad enough, wait until we get into Bolster week… :fearful::scream:

Or how after they wait to be healed up then for me to get mana when they could have just eaten and saved way more time…

Having these burst and bolster just makes this dungeon really awkward and not fun. Doesn’t make the dungeon more interesting, just disproportionately harder on those kinds of weeks vs other ones which is just bad balancing.

A little late but still valid BOLSTERED Bump!
