I see it no longer gives extra 10% damage to overpower to mortal strike and has "causing seismic wave dealing 385 damage to up to 5 enemies in 10 yard.
Definitely nerf, 10% extra damage on mortal strike was way better

Wouldn’t MS need to do 3850 damage baseline for this to be a net nerf? Not even taking into account that this is AoE.
Can you explain how you reached that conclusion?
https://www.wowhead.com/spell=262150/dreadnaught this is current one, the bfa one is below scroll down and read dreadnaught -8.0.1 (Mon Jun 25 2018) Build 26095 this is BFA one, where overpower had 10% extra buff on mortal strike from dreadnaught and current one no longer has that.
Not sure how you got confused, as
this question was quite clearly directed at
this.
Overpower buffs Mortal strike by 20% baseline though.
You don’t understand. I am talking about dreadnaught. Before Prepatch if you took Dreadnaught as talent you get double overpower plus 10% buff on that baseline overpower buff so mortal strike used to hit 30% damage instead of 20% with dreadnaught.
Most people takes anger management but I used to take dreadnaught, just noticed it no longer buffs overpower with extra 10% on mortal strike. Dreadnaught is talent in last PVP talent tree , most people takes anger management but I enjoyed this.
here is link to see it saying what I am saying. I had to take a screenshot over old video since in wowhead it is new dreadnaught. Its funny this many people didn’t even notice it…

Dreadnaught was redesigned with the azerite trait seismic wave with Shadowlands and testing it in Beta, its pretty good and strong for a frontal AoE mixed with sweeping strikes you will see how good it really is. Overpower builds up both Mortal Strike and Cleave baseline now.
Overpower was always 20% wasnt it? dreadnaught had extra 10% buff damage on overpower>mortal strike.
Everyone noticed it. You didn’t chance upon some esoteric discovery.
And you never commented on how you became confused to the first response. Rather silly.
As much as I loved using old dreadnaught for the heavier hitting Mortal Strike, the new dreadnaught is still pretty decent. I’ve tested some keys with it and it’s dreadnaught cleave did 10% of my overall damage in details.
in PVE yes but the main reason I liked was PVP.
True, true. I’m mainly a pve player. I really do feel you though. I always get excited seeing how high the numbers can go while stacking warbreaker, avatar, and two stacks of old dreadnaught overpowers
Things die fast. Dreadnaught is still preferable in PVP for the extra ST burst.
