will i need to be a tank in order to eventually collect warrior tier 3 gear from naxx? obviously the first sets to go out will go to tanks but say my guilds main tanks are full tier 3 will they give dps wars dreadnaught? this is my fsvorite set in the whole game and i reall want to obtain it even if its not “bis” for dps. i also dont mind learning to tank too

Wars share a token with rogues for their armor set. I can’t speak for all guilds but the way my guild does loot you would probably be fairly low on the list for it behind rogues and necessary tanks that need it first. It’d just depend on how many rogues/wars your guild has and how long you do naxx for. Some RNG with drops as well.
That’s just my guild though. Maybe you find a DKP or GDKP guild or something that lets you bid for it.

I forget which pieces, but guilds will prio the 4p bonus to as many warriors as they can prior to 4 horsemen attempts.

I mean classic is gonna go on as long as there are wow servers so a really long time so I wouldnt say never…
However no part of dreadnaught is BiS for a fury warrior so it would essentially be tmog unless you are off tanking, so I would put dps warriors pretty low on prio especially since both Prot warriors and Rogues want t3 as BiS and share the token.
AQ40 gear on the other hand is pretty good for DPS warriors and not as great for tanks especially deep prot.

AQ tier is the only plate with a combination of offensive and defensive stats since Gloves of Might. The chest/legs/Shoulders can all easily be considered BiS for a balance of threat and mitigation. Dreadnaught is itemized purely for mitigation.
Don’t worry by the end of Naxx you will tank for it.
Nope once all the tanks have gear the token stops dropping you will never get T3. Best quit now before you are hit by a massive bout of disappointment.

Arent you supposed to talk to your guild officers instead of the forum 
If you volunteer to tank on 4hm your guild will give you at least 4 pieces.
If you don’t want to help out on 4hm, or your guild already has their extra tanks for that fight picked out, you can expect to wait until all the 4hm tanks and rogues have their pieces.
Not required if warriors have the ghazranka trinket from ZG.
It’s required WITH that trinket. Spell hit cap is 16%.
taunt miss is 17%.
trinket only brings that down to 7%.
the set bonus brings it down even further.
so set bonus is still great.
