Was duoing a level 8 Dread Pit delve, Lost Gems story, Vant disappeared. I left the group, Vant appeared for my friend, but was not interactable with. I came back in, same issue. She followed us around but was not talkable to for “the device” so we couldn’t complete the delve.

This same bug just happened to me as well while doing a duo T7 Dread Pits. We gathered all of the memory gems but Vant was nowhere in the Delve to interact with.
Was careless and got knocked off a ledge by Skitterer. Vant is down by my corpse with no way to interact with him to start next phase of quest.
