Mine is also greyed out. I purchased the digital CE.

Same at first it looked ok but summon button greyed out.

same here. i donāt think it is a bug or other pets would be missing IMO.
for me, the bigger issue is why now after so MANY years is this being addressed? nothing more current to work on? 
BTW, does anyone recall seeing this pet on the black market auction house?
Same issue here, pet is Grayed out on my pets list. It wasnt like that until last patchā¦

If I remember correctly, it was tradeable for a short time. I donāt know why they were doing this after 8 years of this being in the game or what they were trying to do.
I am happy to report that they fixed the issue.
Update: Pet is no longer revoked.
