I have this problem too.
Having the same issue – the summon button is greyed out. I can only see “revoked” if I’m in the Rematch interface, not the standard Blizzard UI pet battle frame.
When I have Rematch enabled, my Summon button is still red (but doesn’t summon it ofc), but when I deselect Rematch, and look it up in regular pet journal, then Summon is grayed out.

Well, at least I now know I’m not alone with this problem.
Mine has also been revoked
Just noting that me and a guildmate have the same problem - both own the collector’s set (I have since WoD came out), both have revoked Dread Hatchlings. I only noticed because I use this little guy quite a lot as a vanity pet. 
Please fix so I can have my Parsnip back!
After i saw it mentioned in trade channel, i checked and mine is also greyed out and only has option to cancel, not summon

LOL that was me Bluhawk…I reported it on that realm I have a toon there.
Mine is missing as well.
Please put in a bug ticket about this pet.

True but you can report bugs in a ticket too.
Tickets do not go to the right people. They go to customer support. Using the bug report in game and here in this forum ensures the right people know that there is an issue.

Yup having the same issue
Also marked as revoked in my pet journal. WoD CE owner, mount still work fine.
Having the same issue, you can check my feats of strength from owning the CE when it came out.
My dread raven is now without child
