The portrait in the pet journal is grey’ed out and I can’t pull out the pet or use it in pet battles.

Yea same here and she is one of my faves , hope this get fixed

Ack!! I checked my pet journal after reading this and my Dread Hatchling says 
Revoked. And it’s level 25 and I had to play it to get it there. Nor did I hawk my Collector’s Edition on ebay. 
This reminds me of losing any transmog appearance that had pieces from the RAF set or the sets associated with shop purchases.
But it’s worse because I care about my critters far more. Hopefully, this bug doesn’t take longer to find a fix for!
Yea i do love my pets . When u go to your garrison they are there just chilling out maybe the best feature of WoD and it hasnt been done since
