Hopefully never. Giving out BiS raid loot on a vendor is the most retail trash I have ever seen.

Whose it BiS for? Or do you mean BiS for last phase, cause its certainly not BiS now.
nightmare drakestone gives more shadow power than any OH in the game.

Fair, but AV is a close second at 34, and is Shadow the play currently? I know warlock was generally fire up until potentially now I guess. And I suppose shadowpriest, so BiS for 1-2 classes?
Locks are mostly shadowbolt spam in dungeons and fire in raids.
I think they didn’t want to force people into AV for their off-hands and instead of buffing MC/Ony off-hands to be viable they took the easy way out
my OH is the Strat Live .5 boss drop, but I still wouldn’t mind a drakestone for pvp, or for the future in case I can reallocate hit. So im curious when these are supposed to pop up, if of course wowhead isn’t lying to me.
BiS loot shouldn’t be a prior raid that only a handful of specs care about, that’s how you get no ST runs going.
