What is the reasoning behind replacing 1% dodge with 13 FR? We have enough FR trinkets as it is. I’d rather have the 1% dodge and was in fact looking forward to that trinket especially for a Tank Rogue.
looks like the intention is to just make it a dps trinket instead of having that tank-ish element to it

Styleen’s. Im betting they add slightly mutated versions of it and Lifegiving Gem to the loot table.

They’re nerfing damage output for Rogues and Warlocks specifically for that reason

FR is obviously better than 1% dodge for raid dps 
of all things to complain about this is pretty low
As a prot pally styleens giving me 52 attack power and 26 spell power just due to defense and not to mention the rest of the stats is great! Let DPS have their trink. Do rogue tanks not have a defense conversion too? Dft is still probably good for rogue tank due to the hit at least
Yes, we get AP Per Defense while Blade Dance is active (they should have kept it on Rolling With the Punches like they had it before on the first PTR since every other class gets their bonus from a less active state). The block provides us nothing at all, and there are classes that can use this over a rogue - shaman, pally, warriors. Hopefully they’ve added another tank trinket in to replace it.
Thats not entirely true.
Since tanks like druids get ap from defense gaining it either from a decent base stat or a nice proc would be a dps boost.
