Drake Hatchery in Azure Span

I can’t for the life of me find **any ** information about this!

In Azure Span, East-north-east of Three-Falls lookout, is somewhere called “Drake Hatchery”. Only there’s nothing “there”. Is it a bug? Is there some obscute entrance? I must know more. It’s kind of up on the mountain ridge.

Anyone encountered this?

I remember encountering elite lvl 70 drakonids here. I assume it’s for a campaign quest.
