The quest “On a Wing and a Prayer” is part of the chain quest for the Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest (lvl 85 legendary staff) and it’s bugged.
I’m supposed to talk to Anachronos and bring the the Timeless Eye to Tarecgosa at Coldarra. When I get there a cinematic is shown and after that, all I have to do is turn in the quest. The problem is that after the cinematic ends, Tarecgosa is no longer there. I’ve watched a couple of Youtube videos, and in all of them, she is still there.
I remove all addons to see if it helps, but it didn’t change anything.
