I have 100+ runs in Dragonsoul and desperately need the Blazing Drake to finish the ‘Awake the Drakes’ achievement. Until a few months ago it was possible to share raid lockouts to make it easy to complete on multiple alts, but a patch update broke it.
I have searched on Reddit and apparently it is still possible to raid share, however it cannot be done on the last boss, but can be done earlier. However, trying to follow the instructions still results in a lockout and it doesnt work. Again, I only need a normal clear, NOT heroic. I have the heroic mount already, I just need the Blazing Drake.
Could someone who has figured out a way to share the lockout please help? I have run multiple old raids for mounts over the years, but this one is unbearable with the NPC RP’ing and the Raid mechanics.
If it truly is broken, does anyone have ANY shortcuts or best practices to complete this hellish raid faster?

how about they just let us skip spine, then it would take all of 5 minutes

Amen. Even the RP can he endured with a 2nd monitor, but spine seriously sucks.

Wait they broke the lockout sharing on alts?
I will soon embark on the soul-crushing endeavor that is “farming Tusks.”
I’m actually tempted to get a 2nd account just to share a raid-lockout because SoO takes such a RIIIII-DIC—ULOUS amount of time to clear.
No idea why the broke this dynamic.
Just on a few raids it seems. Dragonsoul being one of them. But apparently there is a halfway mechanic that exists?
It’s been like this for a while. I believe it was done during Legion cause I remember people chirping about it.
I wish they would add an NPC that lets you go to the final boss, like the Legion raids.

I am doing the raid with 6-7 characters every week… 
With share would be much better
Wife got blazing drake last week, we are only running it to do legendary cata daggers quest.
Check BMAH for the Blazing drake I was able to buy mine there and got the awake drakes.
gotta pad them MAUs anywhere they can…
I endured this raid over and over.
Don’t give up! It’ll drop eventually!
