I need to get dragon slayer helm for the raging blow rune. it does not show up behind the boss in afk for me any more and support has threatened disciplinary actions if I continue to reach out for assistance. Idk what to do now, as they were completely useless and did nothing but say devs are working on it. for somehting that has been solved for other players by sending in the mail, this is super frustrating. Its been over 2 and a half weeks of working with them and 1 week since submitting my first bug. I need a resolution. the only resolution I’ve found from looking into other bugs and forums post was the other players were awarded the dragonslayer helm by mail. can you please do the same for me or at least make item lootable behind boss in SFK where I originally looted it?
