Update: I was just now able to fix this issue for me by party syncing with someone at the “Dragonriding”(#68795) quest and completing that section of the main quest. Somehow, I didnt get quest completion saved on those tutorial quests, but doing them through party snyc and fixed it.
I’ve have an ongoing issue where most Dragonriding races are not loading the rings and the guiding arrow is pointing at the starting position as seen in this video at Frostflash Flyover: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sP33NV6HXa0
Today I’ve noticed that if I fly away, the rings for the tutorial race are loading, and that I am able to “complete” the race by using those rings as seen in this video again starting at Frostflash Flyover: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LIU9foLHjE
Our current theory is: When I did the tutorial race, I was partied with someone else, and party quest completion credit from may have messed with a completion flag on my character and is now causing some races to load the tutorial race instead of the proper race.
