Im wondering if people really wanna spend 45 minutes trying to land on a branch or ledge or peak in future expacs because the control on these kind of sucks. yes they go fast but they still kinda suck too.
A well-timed aerial halt has helped me. It’s definitely more difficult than flying a vehicle that permits hover.
Maybe they’ll add a “flap” ability that consumes half a vigor to remain relatively stationary over a certain spot for ~5 seconds? The vigor consumption would still play into the resource management aspect.
Oh, yeah. Screw that bird.
If you’re landing on that many branches it’s surprising you’re not good at it by now
i did it with the static flying lol it was so slow
I like being a tiny bird
I hate big mounts.
If it’s taking you 45 minutes then it’s definitely a you problme.
I have had no issues landing on trees to get the treasures…
Must be a skill thing.
That is why I and my husband will not be buying future WoW expansions or subscribing.
Neither do I.
I use my priest saber and flight form on the druid.
triflesnatcher. Thats all im gonna say go land in that mess of branches on the 2nd or 3rd tree he flies to. Regardless if whether you’re a pro dragonrider the downtime punishments and finicky landing is still less optimal than normal flying. Its not even an argument, just a fact.
did it on my 2nd try.
I’m not sure why you’re bashing dragonriders, when the dragonriders are not bashing the other type of flyers.
You’re being insolent to dragonriders.
Lots of herbs growning up in the trees on the branches this time around also.
Lot’s of good ones also, like writhebarks, and sage.
seriously. Westcoast ?
DR through that mess is certainly going to take some finesse.
I have respect for the players willing to put in the effort.
East coast.
You must be lost, cali is that way →
so hear me out… if you use the air break ability… you are fast, and stop fast
umm…sure?
Sorry dragonflying is difficult for you.
At least you got your other mount!
shhhh, don’t tell them how to dragonride.
They had all year to figure it out.
