So this issue has been occurring for me ever since Dragonflight launch and it’s been happening to me on my one Exile’s Reach character that I boosted (this character I’m posting on). Every time I login I have to re-apply all my Dragonriding abilities to the hot bar. Is this a bug that’s been confirmed and is being looked at? It’s pretty annoying having to do this every session on this char.

Same thing is happening on my Exile Reach character. One way around it is to make two character specific macros and put them on the empty action bar. When you log back in the macro IDs stay in place. I honestly couldn’t find the abilities in the spell book or talent page so this was an absolute necessity.

/cast Surge Forward
Macro 2
Name Skyward
#showtooltip Skyward Ascent
/cast Skyward Ascent
