hi, i recently hit 68 and started war within so i stopped dragonflight but i cannot figure out how to open the portal in stormwind to dragonflight. if we are starting the next expac, why not just give us the dang portal instead of doing the low level quests.
I believe it originally unlocked after completing the main campaign through the original four zones (it’s hard to remember exactly when these account-wide things unlocked)
I’d be curious to hear whether or not they’ve now made some things unlock at 70 regardless of campaign progress.

Just curious but how did you get to 68 without the portal opening? Can you take the ship to the landing and then fly to Valdrakken and see if it opens?
i was 65 when i started the zone. i haven’t played since dragonflight started. so i guess one of my toons needs to start dragonflight and get the portal opened.
I guess so. I don’t remember doing anything special after the Stormwind quests and taking the ship. I would go to Valdrakken and take the portal to do the daily Stormwind fishing quests so I know you don’t have to finish the campaign.
