Bought the expansion last week, but suddenly the wings are missing. Cant find them via ‘search’ either.
I know people have mentioned missing store mogs before. Do you just send in a ticket?
I have not purchased the Pre-Order but the wings should be a back transmog. Not finding it? Search for “Wings of Awakening”. I hope this helps.

Not there. Tried under all my characters. 2 even has the blue wings transmogged to their back. I went ahead and put in a ticket.
I wasnt sure if a known bug or part of tje purchased transmog helm bug there have been posts on.
Still have the mount and both pets.
Just to be clear are you saying you had them and now they aren’t there or you just got the expansion and can’t find them. If you just got the expansion and can’t find them make sure you got the Epic edition as that is the one that has the wing transmog.

okay that makes sense to me it sounded like maybe you thought you purchased the Epic edition but got Heroic by mistake but if you had them and now they are gone yah a ticket is probably for the best.

If it’s the same problem as the other mogs, seems like it’s just gonna come and go. Unfortunately. It should come back.

Pretty sure store transmogs randomly disappearing has been a problem for years. Not sure if there is any concrete solution other than putting in a ticket.

The only solution I’ve found is waiting. 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours. However long, you just gotta wait. Then you have to pay the gold to re-transmog when it shows back up in your collection book.
It’s why I’ve stopped transmogging store items. It costs way too much gold over time, because the bug happens A LOT for some reason when you play both factions.

There’s nothing you can do. Nor is there anything a ticket can do either. You just wait until they pop back up on their own.
Figured it was the case. Killing time fishing for the goop for Hirukon and noticed the ice helm I bought years and years ago was missing as well
I thought they had fixed the disappearing mog item in 9.2.5?
Ok so just did some googling, and they say they have.. @OP I’d submit a bug report if you’re sure that you’ve experienced this bug. But as others have said, a ticket is worthless they’ll eventually show back up.
They did. It didn’t work. It’s been on the CS forums and bug forums.

I’m having the same problem and searching for them doesn’t bring them up, either. It’s like they disappeared completely. Also my Renowned Explorers Attire and Explorers Rucksack from refer a friend, and Sprite Darter’s Wings set are also missing.
Gm responded that it’s a known issue and to check back to see if they show up. They did, so that was a relief.

Good riddance, I hate seeing that poor excuse for “wings” everywhere.
Same thing just happened to me. I currently have the black wings transmogged on my character, but now they have all disappeared from my collection. I can’t even save my current tmog set because of it.
I filled a bug report.
Yeah, all my special transmog pieces are also missing now.
It’s been a known issue for years and years and years. They attempted to fix it and it didn’t work.

I just want to add to this tread that I too experiencing missing transmogs in my collection. I just realized this occurred 15 minutes ago for me.
