I recently tried to transmog fist weapons on my Monk in war within but the specific transmog didn’t show as an option. In Dragonflight I had the Legendary fist weapon on my Dracthyr. So, my question is do transmogs not carry over from one character to another?
pretty sure the legendary can only be used by dracthyr

but the fist are for dracthyr only
