I’m sick and tired of them. Why does this one faction get so much attention? How about some rogue dwarves? mad gnomes? rabid vulperra? What about a grimtotem dungeon?
WHY ARE THEY SO FOCUSED ON ONE SINGLE RACE!?!?
I’m sick and tired of so much troll lore, dungeons, EVERYTHING when other races simply just exist as player skins and not as a leaving breathing race.
I’m convinced that whoever made DoS was a troll trying to inconvenience and annoy the players as much as possible. “That’s what you get for killing my favorite race!”
In SLs defense I love pretty much every other dungeon. The stinkers for me are DoS and to a lesser extent Streets.
Streets is only a problem for me because I’m annoyed with all the rp and I would have liked it to be made as an M+ without the entire myza’s oasis minigame and boss. I also don’t care for the last boss simply because of the divide mechanic. The shuri mechanic is pretty fun and easy to solve with an aerial view, but the divide mechanic makes targeting and healing a nightmare.
I love HoA and hope they make more dungeons like it down the road.
Related to the mog, gnome upgrade! I just read people’s name because so many people look the same.
I hope one day we get the Blacktalon as an antagonistic force. We know they’ve been hoarding treasures from around Azeroth, Pandaria, and Draenor. Some sort of Spoils of Pandaria 2.0 situation with them could be pretty fun. A spy agency rivaling / surpassing SI:7 with a bunch of cutthroat mercenaries loyal only to their Prince could make for an interesting adversary.
I see Wrathion sort of our version of “Spike” - he’s helped us when it was mutually beneficial to do so but he’s definitely not our friend. Spike betraying Angelus did not make Spike a friend of humanity in general, and I see Wrathion the same way. I hope we get to the point where Wrathion turns on us again. Could make an awesome Mega-dungeon as well.
Isn’t DoS the only Troll dungeon in SL? Doesn’t it have mad gnomes in it?
DoS is actually one of my favorite dungeons. I like how distinct the mini-zones and encounters are. I like the “jump on the shiny thing and fly in the air” mechanic on the one boss. I actually like the last boss as well. The mad time crisis of killing the mini-boss and the totem during the portal phases.
