Dragonflight purchased but not showing on my account or bnet

I play on two servers because of my current location. I have purchased Dragonflight on the foreign server, and even though both my bnet accounts show that I am at the current version the American one wants me to repurchase DragonFlight. This is not proper and had not been a problem with Shadowlands which was purchased and played on both servers the same way.
I have put in a ticket on this which was suppose to be dealt with in 24 hours, but now the ticket in-games shows a resolution time of 25 days 11 hours. That is 1/4 my remaining game time. I have tried several ways to correct this, as stated, a ticket and I have even emailed the company, neither of which have given any resolution to this problem.
I do not think it is reasonable to have to repurchase Dragonflight on the American server as I already have it and saying I should repurchase because it was bought through a “sub-contractor” is unreasonable. it would be like saying because I bought my guitars in this country I have to rebuy them all in America.
Please help me resolve this problem. I have screen shots of my accounts showing that I in fact have purchased it, the date and amount paid. I also have screen shots of character log in screen showing my foreign realm and toons.
