You can’t buy these max ilvl crafted items. They’re BoP items that you can only acquire by being a crafter and raiding Mythic to get the mats, or by raiding Mythic to get the mats and then putting your BoP mats on the AH and having someone else turn your BoP mats into a BoP item for you.
