I bought the high end version and payment cleared yet no download for the game in my account yet. Opened a ticket and no help a day later now. Clock on subscription ticks away and I am unable to play the game. Someone want to help me on this, that would be great…
There is nothing to download.everyone uses the same client. All your license for Dragonflight does is to unlock content you already have on your pc.
Check your transaction log on battle.net to see if there is any payment issue.
Ticket times for this kind of issue typically get resolved within 5 days or so at the moment.if you still need to submit a ticket after checking battle.net transaction log, make sure to use Purchase Failure category to get into a fast queue.
