For anybody unfamiliar with the lore
Blizzard created PvP variants/recolors of the Ashkandur sword from the Aberrus raid during season 2 (Obsidian) but neglected to ever place them on vendors.
In season 3 (Verdant) they, on numerous occasions, hotfixed missing PvP weaponry onto the vendors.
