Do you have a source on this? I haven’t seen a blue post confirming. It would make sense considering the ilvl increase of honor gear compared to current conquest gear, but I don’t want to waste time grinding honor before reset or have to squeeze in an honor grind in the week before season start if I don’t have to.

I could’ve sworn I read something about Honor resetting, but I couldn’t find the source. I did find the source for the Bloody Tokens and Trophies of Strife being reset though:
It only makes sense that if Bloody Tokens are being reset, Honor points will be reset too. Unlike Honor points which have a 15K cap, Bloody Tokens don’t have a cap at all. Im sitting on 39K tokens and the ilvl of those are only 3 ilvls below Honor gear. They’re probably resetting Honor points to prevent people buying a set of honor gear right away.
Oh, also, the Bind on Account Honor emblems received this season can’t be used next season, so that’s another indicator.
I agree with leaning towards the honor points resetting, mostly due to the fact the ilvl is increasing. Just looking for more solid confirmation. Thanks!!

Probably because of how the upgrade system worked in Shadowlands. In Dragonflight, you buy a piece of honor gear and it’s at the best highest PvP ilvl it can be at, where as in Shadowlands, you needed to buy a piece of gear and upgrade it 6 or 7 times to get it to the max PvP ilvl

Of course it will so when you level a new character at the start of the patch you will be so far behind and be a target dummy
i mean what would it change ? a fresh lvl 70 is already a target dummy when going in BG lol you’re point is null no offense

The pvp crafted gear goes up to 424 (current conquest ilvl) in 10.1. You won’t be behind.

Buy a token or learn to make gold. Congrats, you can buy your gear.
Ice fishing for like an hour will net you a decent pile of gold. Nobody really wants to go out of their way for the rimefins.

No, it’s being removed and replaced by another currency. The pvp gear and crafted gear can be upgraded to 437/450 ilvl by buying a crest from the pvp vendor(s).
