Yes sir, by not doing something about a problem, is a choice they are making.
They are choosing to ignore the problems that we have with our characters.
I heard that they do this on purpose because they think we will go to another class/spec and spend $$$ on a boost then more $$$ on tokens to remain competetive, all while still playing the game and not losing us as “customers”.
Kinda like when they removed “DOUBLE TAP” from Marksman hunters. Some quit while others went and made a shadow priest or demo lock.
