Don’t know about Shaman but the Paladin buffs did go through.
I wouldn’t be surprised though if she Shaman one alone didn’t go through. Brewmaster Monk had some buffs and nerfs in the patch notes a month ago, only the nerfs went through

Nope, all shaman changes have been confirmed inactive. Would be nice if Blizzard could upgrade their devs from community college interns.

Fury Warrior is tuned 15 ilvls lower than other classes. Wet noodle two handers, might as well add that squeaky noise when they hit stuff.
