yep just as title said cant start it, and i dont think thats the only questline that will be broken and unstart able, anyone else having issues with quests besides me or is it a dracthyr issue either way alot of things wont work for me. want to know if you found any broken quests.

I want to confirm this.
I am playing Horde.
I can’t start Twilight Highlands at all.
I am over the level for Chromi to change times.
The twilight highlands portal works, but after going through, there are no quests and I cannot access the flight master without that questline.
There is also no portal to return to Orgrimmar, I had to hearth or fly back on my mount.
After looking for answers all day, I tried doing all the expantion introduction questlines. (Battle For Azeroth, Legion, Shadowlands, Warlords of Draenor)
It solved nothing.
After the quest from the war board that sends you to the npc in Grommash Hold, he has no follow up to start the questline.
It’s a bit frustrating having an entire zone un-questable. My achievements suffer, and I miss out on the storyline, not to mention any collectable items given as quest rewards.

the alliance have this issue as well.

you are never locked out of questing in any zone.
i’d suggest you take a look at the top comment on wowhead.
I did this
Unfamiliar Waters (quest giver in the same room) and after turning it in Eitrigg shows up which allows me to grab

Thankyou! I got it to all work.
The key is to complete the ‘Heart of Azeroth’ questline to obtain the Heart item.
Just in case it matters and for anyone else having this problem, here is how I started it:
I took the portal in Orgrimmar to Zuldazar.
I flew all the way up to the main camp area in the large central pyramid (If you already appeared there, then you’re good).
Trivial Quests should show Magni with a quest ‘A Dying World’. This will tell you to find him in Silithus.
I took the portal from Zuldazar to Silithis. This drops you by Zidormi. Make sure you set Silithis to the ‘Present Day’.
From there you can find Magni, and complete the chain. It’s very quick.
Afterwards, I took the nearby portal back to Zuldazar, then back to Orgrimmar from the portal room there.
When I returned to Grommash Hold, all the quests were now available.

it would mostly depend on which starter quests still remain incomplete.
it will probably be slightly different for a lot of people, especially people who didn’t do the starter quests as soon as they became available.
