I just watched Supatease video on the 10.7 class changes and i’m so impressed. The development just keeps coming. The PVP changes, the class balance, new content!
I love it. The new UI, the Dragonriding etc.
Retail WOW has literately never had a better XPAC imo.
And if you like WOW pvp this is the time to sink your teeth in. The NA AWC matches of Golden Guardians VS Luminosity were so good! It was like watching the super bowl of WOW.
Best no. Upper end of expansions? Yes. I still hold WotLK and MoP above it. Definitely in the legion area (3-5) for me so far. Hopefully it stays strong.
Yea pretty average. And AWC? You mean battle of the assassination rogues lmao - PvP has been very casual and not super enjoyable if you have played through some of the best PvP expansions, if I have to explain that I will not.
Yes. Dragonflight was great. Spectacular, even. Compared to SL and BFA. But I don’t think that its on par with legion because I’d have loved weapon mogs like those.
Agree 100% - I know some of the major issues right, but there would have to be so many changes to get back to that point. So many abilities and effects/ ENTIRE specialization fantasy ripped right out with pruning. We just dont have the same people working on it any more unfortunately. MoP PvP was some of the absolute best PvP experiences I have ever had in a video game.
I think most classes should be every race, some though like druid/shaman/paladin/dh should still be specific races. Thematically just doesn’t make sense.
And realistically here, I honestly think these gigantic hot fixes/patch notes and changes every week is a bad sign. I have never seen this many changes in such a short amount of time.
I don’t take it as good or bad really. In the past we saw things that needing addressing going entire patch lengths and then have multiple pages of fixes all at once. Seems now as they fix it they push it in small batches. Game has always been a buggy mess. It’s just more noticable now since they are fixing them more often.
I’m primarily talking about entire class or specialization overhauls and tuning. I get that most of these are because of the refreshed talent trees, but if it wasn’t ready it should’ve been pushed back. This shows that most of it was not tested thoroughly(or at all), and while there are some minor bug fixes in these notes I just keep seeing every few days/week, when i take a gander at them, tons of number tuning and class/specialization changes. Is it a good thing they’re trying? Yes it is, but it just adds on to what is in my opinion a beta test. I’m sure the people are still around here that have said time and time again that they simply didn’t listen to feedback on the actual beta.
