I heard on General forum to come here since apparently there is a way to 1-100 both of them in almost all profession using 1 craft.
I currently have Jewelcrafting and will be doing Enchanting next for both, if someone could point me in the right direction I would be very thankful.
I’d be even more thankful if someone could write/link me to a guide to 1-100 both expansions in all professions, as I am currently leveling all professions in all expansions
For Jewelcrafting it’s the same in DF as it is in TWW. There are three paths: one slow (but possibly cheaper), one fast (but expensive), and one that uses sparks.
In Dragonflight:
The slow and cheap: make jeweled dragons heart. It has a 3 day CD though! Requires enterprising–glassware 35. You need to grab some knowledge treasures to get at it. I can link you to a page with the treasure locations and the secret master location.
The fast and expensive: any illimited diamond recipe. These recipes are unlocked with the Faceting tree, such as Faceting-Earth(40).
The sparks: get a ring or neck recipe that uses sparks. These recipes can be found in settings:rings. You can get 5 old sparks right away by completing the opening quests for the sparks. (That will get you 15 total skill points though).
In TWW it’s exactly the same:
Slow and cheap: get one (or more) of any of the prisms. These are a daily CD. Example gemcutting(10)+ emerald(15) gives emerald prism. There are 4 of them, each at the 15 knowledge point mark.
Fast and expensive: purchase from the AH any of the following: Design: elusive blasphemite, design: culminating blasphemite, OR design: insightful blasphemite. Whichever is cheaper. It does require you to have 30 skill, which you can get doing basic stuff with the trainer. Making this will get you to 100.
Sparks:
For this, there’s no easy way to get throw-away sparks in TWW, so you’ll have to ask around. But for these you want to get a ring or neck recipe. Easiest one is from the tree. Put 10 knowledge points into jewelrycrafting to unlock the recipe. Patron orders will provide the spark, but it will take awhile getting sparks that way.

In DF:
The cheap way back then was to buy the recipe for Illusion: Primal Earth. Make sure you buy the recipe, not the illusion! That one recipe takes you all the way to 100, but it does require a fudge ton of Awakened Earth. You’ll have to check to see if those are still cheap.
Otherwise, any of the weapon enchants will get you to 100.
In TWW:
Again any of the weapon enchants will get you to 100. I’d go for authority of storms cause that’s probably the cheapest one. This is located in earthen enhancements -wondrous weapons in your knowledge tree.

Notice that wow-professions only includes the spark method. That’s why I wrote out the options.
