There’s a toy that already replaced the Spirit Healer with a Kyrian. I don’t think they’d go back and invalidate a toy that players earned. I think they just accidentally enabled the toy for everyone.
Also, I’ve heard from some folks on Twitter that it’s a bug, but I can’t find any Blizzard statement.

Furthermore Medivh gained a lot of Arcane prowess via having the Arcane of multiple Archmagi shoved into him so raw Magic causing Arcane prowess is not out of question.
Arcane is essentially Secret Knowledge so direct exposure to said Knowledge makes you better at wielding it provided you aren’t crystalized by it first…
So Gnome Druid, Night Elf Shaman, I wonder what else we’re going to get. It’s almost certainly going to be patch content during the expansion to provoke resubs during a lull, but I’m gonna dust off my 'nilla Druid for this and drop the cash to make him a gnomie.
My money’s on Forsaken Paladin and Orc Druid, all four of those are stretches which can nevertheless make sense.
Pally/Druid/Shammy are the rough classes to proliferate because they have so many unique graphics.
I don’t know about Night Elf shamans becoming playable. The ones we see are part of the Primalists. We also had a Blood Elf Shaman NPC for years, but Blood Elf Shamans still aren’t playable.
If someone is part of a hostile cult, then I don’t think it counts.
