Is it best to always delay casting Dragon Roar so you can line it up with Siegebreaker? Or is it better to just cast DR on CD and combo them whenever their CDs align?
I assume it’s best to always line them up, I’m just making sure.
Unless you have a aoe pack incoming, you dont hold cds for another as fury.

DR is not exactly an important ability. Use it in the priority, whenever that is. Could be on cd, or other times you might not use it for 15-20 seconds after it becomes available because there’s no need to. Siegebreaker you use on cd. If they align, cool. If not, really makes no difference. Read the guide.
