I miss seeing mount diversity out in the world. The same 4 dragons with different tint is pretty boring.

Mount diversity can get bent. Flying at 800+% speed is amazing.

good point.
Personally I have my new ottuk mounts on a separate keybind so I can ground hoof it sometimes.
Wish they would just turn normal flight on.
At this point it just feels like spite that its not.
It serves no purpose keeping it off now.

This would be a slam dunk for mount equipment, but I’m sure that’s another abandoned feature.

They should make dragon riding more like M+, add more strict timed button presses

I don’t know what you’re talking about, every time I look around Valdrakken I see people on different drakes with different colors and customizations.
dragonriding was fun the first month now its tired and boring we need the have regular flying back so i can set my destination and fly there auto

Mount diversity never existed before.
It was people either on the M+ season mount or the raid mount.
Those without cycling through the same few “rares” that everyone has. Invincible Reins, Mimirons Head, Ashes.

Yes, they do. And since we are back on Azeroth… they should reactivate our damn flight whistles! I got a really cute Gnome-themed one when I did the heritage armor quest on my Gnome lock.
Also, I have absolutely no problem with dragon riding itself, however, I have a girthy collection of mounts and I would like to use them for more than just going AFK in Valdrakken.
I am hoping at some point we at least hear from Blizz if/when they are going to implement normal flying or if they can even make it so that our normal flying mounts will be able to do dragonriding. I’d love to do dragonriding stuff on say, my Smoldering Ember Wyrm or Lifebinder’s Handmaiden.
Also, I know there’s a datamined 5th dragonriding type of dragon, a serpentine looking one. I do think the variety for what we have is somewhat limited, in that not all my dragon riding mounts go well with my alts mogs.
I know, I know. First world problems on Azeroth.

Depends on the flight path, and if you’re just flying while on the toilet or something what’s another 30 seconds anyways?
I see them too, but…I don’t see them fly off.
