Personally I find it hideous that we can carry 5 tons of crap around in a backpack, and over burden our fine olympic racing mounts.
To say nothing of plate that never rusts…

Am I the only one who uses aerial halt before they land? I find it very satisfying.
Thousands of humanoids in Azeroth. Only a handful of outhouses.
nevermind the fact that it can summon demons and shoot shadowbolts…
IMO real-world physics doesn’t fully apply in a fantasy MMO-RPG. However, if you wanted real-world physics then a planet like Azeroth > any mortal player… you (and your dragon) should die if you hit the ground if the impact speed is > X ft/sec.
Because gameplay > realism.
This is a fantastic idea.
Gimme dat Infamous ground slam shockwave
“I want Dire Maul released after some weeks” quote from the great poet Kargoz
You can still whirling surge and dismount in war
mode, at least. That’s a lot of fun.
When i hit the execute button on my warrior and the targets head doesnt get cut off, i question why i keep playing.
Bro I completely forgot this was even a thing. RIP (makes me wonder what else I’ve forgotten about this game)
Yeah buddy haha
Back when glyphs did stuff
Yeah man, poor inscription got gutted. Used to be great.
Don’t forget to add that the gravitational force during the dive should probably be enough to render a person unconscious so your screen should go black and you loose the ability to steer while you are doing this. You gotta go all in on this.
Dragon magic.
I think when your dragon slams into the ground it should throw you off, bounce you off of the ground a few times, and make you stand there with the stunned animation for 5 seconds.
A game with dragon, magic, old gods and walking corpse and you’re bothered with physics. Ok.
One of the few highlights of war mode tbh. The daze already mentioned was fun as well but I love surging people by surprise and knowing I caused a moment of absolute panic if I didn’t score a splat.
Azeroth physics, simple really.
I realize as a Conceptual Theoretical Azerothian Physicist I may have some knowledge on the subject.
