Hi, shadow priests have been telling you this for years, but you keep killing us instead.
There are already some robot dogs.
True. I should have remembered that. lol Nice to see K.U.-J.0. retains their name once tamed.
No, and how many times do people have to warn you about no experimentation without consent?
Don’t worry, we lost the mechoriginator so we can’t mechanize anyone without consent.
…just whoever can find it has that power though.
edit: Don’t tell the Primalists, our home is closer to the Dragon Isles.
What if welding metal parts onto disabled limbs aggravates existing neuropathy issues and would cause chronic, agonizing pain and that’s why he sticks to the chair?
…sorry, that got a little dark
Get your bingo cards out folks!
We got “there are too many black people in WoW” in BFA.
“Gays are overrepresented” in SLs and DF.
Now we can add “Why are there disabled characters in my fantasy game” in DF.
The WoW community is certainly on a roll with these absolute models of human acceptance and empathy.
i think its different for the player and special characters.
i also believe healers cant heal EVERYTHING like if you lose an arm or somethign they cant just grow it back.
Not to worry, the damage parts will be replaced. Maybe even the whole dragon?
I have always think that the time passed from the injury and the healing is a factor:
If the character gets injured or dies, but the healer can act quick, healing magic works. But as more time passes, is gets more and more difficult.
At least that explains why some quests ask the player to get some ingredients to counter some poison: a lot of time has passed and the healing magic just doesn’t work anymore. Maybe that Dracthyr was found really late and healing magic could not work entirely.
And I think also explains why you can’t resurrect some characters: a lot of time has passed. I know it’s an over the top theory… But you work with what you have.
