I just tried to customize my dragon and it reset all my dragons back to base. When I go back to try again, it shows the correct customizations they just don’t show in the game.

There’s an issue with thick spined jaw too. It’s available again for purchase in cobalt assembly, but if you apply it, it sets your proto drake to the default one with no changes lol.

Yup, I finally got the clustered horns for my Velocidrake and when I went to change to them it reset everything back to basic. Attempted to redo everything, some setting stuck some didn’t. Tried again and it reset everything to base again.
EDIT - It appears to specifically be a problem with the Clustered Horns customization. If I make all the changes and then save it. Everything sticks but the horns go to default. If I go back and change the horns it resets everything else to default.
The horn customization dropped from a rare in the Primalist Future after the patch.
EDIT 2 - Multiple “clicking noises” when I click Accept after customization like settings are being changed. Also it did the same thing when i changed to the Split Horns. So it appears to be an issue with the horn customization.

Yep, having the same issue, I’ll finish customization, then when I exit, 2 or more things have just changed on me, like horns and crest. Go back in and fix it, exit, 2 different things have changed!

Tried to customize and reset all dragons. Agree with everyone here on how annoying it is.
Having the same issues on my account. I worked so hard for my red scales for mu Highland Drake. 
Good to know I’m not the only one.
If you log off the game and log back in it fixes things, but it’s still annoying since we put a lot of effort in customizing those drakes.
It’s a complete disaster right now. I spent 15 minutes trying to setup my Cliffside Wylderdrake and it reset things constantly. I managed to get what I wanted but with the wrong hair colour and at this point I’m just going to leave it because I’m afraid I’ll lose the other stuff I finally got right.

I’m enjoying a similar issue, triggered by trying to apply the spotted pattern on the Veloci…

Im having this same issue. My customizations are not showing on my dragons in game

The issue seems to be that any changes to your dragonriding mount cause the mount to revert back to the base appearance. If you set your dragonriding mount back to what it was prior to 10.0.5, it will keep that appearance but again you cannot change anything else.
Having the same issue, trying to change settings and add armor to Cliffside drake and it reverts back to defaults.
