Is not lore breaking or culture breaking. Anyone can die and be raised. They’re just Draenei at that point, but Blizz wasn’t taking away gameplay aesthetics.

I won’t lie, I’d really like the red Eredar skin colour, even if it meant I could ONLY be a warlock with that I’d be on board.

The Draenei fled their homeworld specifically to avoid demons and fel magic. Why in the world would any of them become warlocks?

Very likely not. Blizz said recently they have no plans right now to add more class combos. We’ve hit pretty much the balance point of things that can make the most sense in lore and each of their cultures.
But draenei warlocks are so far left field that I don’t see that every happening.
I believe that any race that can be a mage should also be able to be a warlock. “Culture and lore” restrictions actually don’t make a lot of sense when individuality is a thing.
