- On September 12, follow Velen’s prophecy to reveal a new future for some of the draenei people.

Open your adventure journal, or whatever it’s called. It will have an option to begin the heritage quest.
The draenei skin quest isn’t available until next week.

The patch notes are official. A video can have incorrect wording. Don’t listen to content creators, listen to patch notes.
Edit to add: all heritage armor questlines will always start at the Stormwind/Orgrimmar Embassy.
