Can’t wait for my Draenei Rangari. Hyyyyype.

Also… Beware the awesomeness that is the Tauren Rogue, a race/class combo that we players have been too rotten to deserve.

I suppose it was inevitable to get them since Saurfang has been dead for an entire expansion now.

No, some Rangari straight up are rogues. Assassins, or spies, or other rogues.
Others are hunters

Who said they would not be outlaw spec only lore wise?

We have had Tauren rogue NPCs for YEARS with the Grimtotems and the more pirate ones so they do make sense unless you try to apply every spec to them outside of gameplay.

I mean, if they can hunt things they have to be able to sneak, also every society is gonna have thieves, hooves or no hooves. Plus from an “evolutionary” perspective hoofed predators have existed, just look up Andrewsarcus some time.
