How do we even get this damned quest? Something popped up on one of my characters, but I can’t use that one right now, so I’m on a different max level Draenei. I’m not getting the quest, I can’t find Romuul when I go to the Exodar, and there’s nothing on wowhead. Any suggestions?
I found the quest in the Adventure Guide under Suggested Content.
Edit: just noticed the official article also lists this method: “Players level 50 and above can seek out the Magically-Sealed Parcel in Stormwind to begin the quest ‘An Artificer’s Appeal.’”

See, that’s what reading gets you: knowledge. Typical of me, I just ride around in circles hoping knowledge gets tired of seeing me go past, and attacks. Doesn’t work often, oddly…
